- Match packages to customers based on name similarity
All AI interactions are logged for quality assurance. You may request to speak with a human agent at any time by asking to be escalated.

We share your information with:
- Your courier operator: The independent courier business you selected to handle your packages. They can view your package details, communication history, and account information through their dashboard.
- Service providers: Anthropic (AI processing), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging). These providers process data as necessary to deliver their services.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Package records and conversation history are kept for operational and customer service purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting your courier operator or reaching out to us directly.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls limiting data visibility to authorized courier staff.
